- Thurs, 7th @6pm, Yoga with Keith at Fleet Feet High Point followed by a social at Goofy Foot next door immediately following. Join for one or both!
- Sat, 9th, 3:30-4:30-Beginners Swim Clinic with Coach Buxton at Greensboro College Pool, social at South End Brewery immediately following the clinic.

- Sunday 21st, 8am-Tri for Hospice Course Preview/Clinic at Ridgewood Pool and neighborhood. Will do swim clinic with bike course and run following.

- Transition Clinic with Coach Matt, date TBD social at VBR after! Very popular last year, so we are doing it again!! A can’t miss event!
