pasta prima vera with fresh basil

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cut vegetables of your choice
  • 4 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup chopped basil
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic

Method

  • Sautée garlic in oil
  • Add vegetables and cook until tender
  • Add pasta and cook until hot
  • Add vinegar
  • Add cheese and basil
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Serve with crushed red pepper
