pasta prima vera with fresh basil

Ingredients
- 4 cups cut vegetables of your choice
- 4 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup chopped basil
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
Method
- Sautée garlic in oil
- Add vegetables and cook until tender
- Add pasta and cook until hot
- Add vinegar
- Add cheese and basil
- Season with salt and pepper
- Serve with crushed red pepper
