protein cookie dough balls

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 2 Tbs honey
  • 4 Tbs coconut flour
  • 4-6 Tbs water
  • 2 Tbs chopped nuts
  • 2 Tbs dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp sweetener

Method

  • Put all ingredients, except water, in a mixing bowl.
  • Add a tablespoon of water at a time until you come to the desired consistency to form dough bites.
  • Roll into 10 pieces and store in the freezer.
