spinach berry salad with Strawberry Balsamic vinaigrette

Ingredients
For salad:
- 1 lb fresh baby spinach, washed well
- 1.5 cups assorted fresh berries
- 1/4 cup toasted almonds
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup Julienne Carrot
For dressing:
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 orange, juice and zest
- 2 Tbs honey
- pinch kosher salt
- pepper to taste
Method
- Arrange all ingredients for salad on plates or in a large bowl
- Combine all ingredients for salad in a blender and blend until smooth
- Drizzle dressing over salad or toss together and serve immediately
