no-bake protein-packed energy balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 cup French Vanilla by Designer Whey
- 1/2 tsp Flaxseed
- 2 Tbs natural peanut butter (I use Smuckers). Use organic, if possible.
- 1/3 cup organic unsweetened applesauce
- 1 Tbs Honey
- 2 Tbs chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup raisins (optional)
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds (optional)
Method
- In a medium bowl, mix together ingredients.
- Roll into small to medium size balls.
- Place on wax paper and refrigerate 2-3 hours to harden. OR place in freezer to harden quicker.
- Store in refrigerator.
