Best Triathlon training or racing tip? Do this for you! We’re all masters’ athletes so do what makes you happy. If it’s fun, then have fun, and if it’s speed, then push it.
 
Triathlon literature or other sources of information? I love to just read about other athlete’s experiences and races and try out new things. You never know what might be the next big thing to help you improve or feel better racing.
 
Who inspires you? My children and fellow athletes. Watching accomplishments of friends really inspires me to work harder and go after it.
 
Future goal? My goal was to complete the Louisville Ironman, which was held on October 15th. To me, this is the ultimate.
