Favorite mantra? “Don’t ever give up. Don’t let frustration knock you down. Don’t let fear stand in your way. Don’t let time get in your head. Who cares how long it takes or how many times you try. Your only competition is yourself and when you finally succeed, the struggle will all be worth it.
Key Workout? Strength training, running, and biking.
Best Triathlon training or racing tip? Train wisely, work on form and fuel properly. Understand that unexpected things can and will happen and how you handle those challenges will make all the difference. Listen to your body when dealing with injury.

Who inspires you? My wife, she is always focused on the journey and always willing to prepare/train for the end goal no matter the challenge. She always does it with passion and enjoyment.
