Who We Are
Our Mission
To improve our community by promoting health and fitness in adults and children through the sport of triathlon and endurance racing, while providing support and information to athletes of all levels and abilities.
About ttt
Created in the early nineties, TTT started with around 20 members. Over the years the club has grown to 119 members supporting all levels of athletes from recreational to podium finishers. Since its inception TTT has introduced and supported a wide range of athletes across all distance of triathlon from sprint to Ironman. Members of TTT are integral in the continued camaraderie of the triathlon community and continuing to meet like-minded individuals. A primary goal of TTT is to continue to provide our members with resources for swimming, cycling and running programs throughout the year. We have some incredible partners that the team is lucky to utilize.
The club is run by 7 board members that volunteer their time to develop and manage different team events for the club. Our partner coaches offer a wide range of coaching and training programs at a discount to TTT members.
Triad Triathlon Club is a volunteer-driven non-profit society in Greensboro, NC.

training opportunities
TTT offers and posts a wide range of training sessions specific to swim, bike and run workouts. The workouts are offered throughout the year from a number of different outlets that our members use as motivation for training, in addition to support and encouragement from like-minded individuals.
SWIM
During the year (weather permitting) we offer open water swim opportunities at a couple of the lakes in and around Greensboro, NC. The open water swims are a benefit of joining TTT.
We also offer intensive stroke improvement clinics during the spring and fall months for a small fee.
cycling
We offer at least one organized group ride throughout the year which primarily takes place on a weekend. Groups vary by pace and distance.
We also offer cycling and bike maintenance clinics each year that primarily occur during the spring/fall months.
