Complete protein bites

Ingredients

  • 16 oz peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup local honey
  • 2 tsp unrefined coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup dutch chocolate
  • 3 cup old fashioned oats
  • 6 Tbs chia seeds

Method

  • Melt first three ingredients together on low heat
  • Stir in remaining ingredients
  • Roll into bite sized balls (refrigerate or freeze)
  • Thaw, if needed. Enjoy.
