Very Berry romanoff

Ingredients

  • 4 cups assorted fresh berries

Topping:

  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla

Method

  • Whip cream slightly and add sugar. Continue to whip to stiff peak.
  • Mix sour cream, brown sugar, and vanilla together and then fold whipped cream into mixture.
  • To serve, alternate layers of berries and cream mixture in a glass.
